China Legal Representative provide CV & 8 photos
Chinese Investor provide
Copy of the business license with Company stamp
Copy of investor's capital verification report
Copy of chinese company's Article of Association
Copy of chinese company’s audit report
ID card copy of BOD members
ID card copy of company supervisor
ID card copy of new company's GM
China Legal Representative provide CV & 8 photos
Either party to provide on cooperation basis
Company name and business scope
Joint Venture Agreement
Name list of the BOD members
For commercial buildings, 2x leasing contracts ,

  2x ownership certificate
Additional docs for sublease, 2x sub-lease

 agreement, or acceptance by owner
Letter of Authorization to BOD members or

 managing director
Letter of Authorization to GM
Letter of Authorization to company supervisor
The latest annual audit report copy from both

 parties provided by CPA
Custom HS Code for Import/Export products
Land use contract or approval issued by the Land

  Right Management Dept.
EIA issued by the Environmental Protection Dept.
Fire protection opinion of the registered place

 issued by PSB
Employees' health certificate
